Cause of Damages to Concrete Imprint Floor.

We have through years of experience, encountered many incidents whereby Concrete Imprint Floor was abused during construction stage prior to handling over to end user / house owners resulting in “unacceptable” product to end users / house owners.

 

We hereby provide you a table of foreign material that will cause damage to the concrete floor and their respective result (cause and effect).

1.

 

Acid (Mild or Strong).

 

Will attack colour cement and cause discolouration. White spots observed

 

Will attack clear sealer. Damage transparency of clear sealer. White spots observed.

 

 

 

 

2.

 

 

 

 

Thinner.

 

Basically same effect as Acid.

3.

 

Mud, paint, diesel oil and any other coloured liquid.

 

These material will penetrate into the micro pores on the surface of the Concrete Imprint, and creating different colour to the affected area.

 

 

These material will become stubborn stain on sealer. Removal of such material by scrapping may result in “scratches” to the sealer applied.

 As such, kindly take all necessary measure to prevent the above-mentioned damages and obtain a satisfactory Concrete Imprint floor.

 

Repair works by hack and re-do to such repair damages will be costly pending extend of damages and such repair works will not be original and difference in colour shading will be observed.

We recommend using only clean water and normal detergent for cleaning and maintenance of Concrete Imprint floor.
